The Blackjack is a delicious piece of heaven served at O'Sullivan's. Upon the first visit to O'Sullivan's, one must have the Blackjack.

First God made ketchup, and the ketchup was tasty, and went well upon the fries and not much else. And God said, "Let the Brown Sugar, and the Whiskey, and the Vinegar, and the Garlic, and the Worcestershire Sauce be joined herein." And He simmered it for 20 minutes, and placed it within an airtight container to allow proper blending of flavors. And God saw that the sauce was good, and much improved; and He called the sauce Barbeque. And God tasted the Barbeque Sauce upon his Fried Chicken, and his Steak, and saw that it was good. And God said "Let the Mustard and the Mayonnaise be improved, as I have improved the Ketchup." And He gathered the Cardamom, and the Rosemary, and the Dill, and the Thyme, and the Basil, and the Black Peppercorns, and those herbs were blessed by Him and added to the sauce. And He added the Tangy Creole, and the Cajun, and when it was salty enough it was seasoned to perfection. And it was so. And God saw that the sauce was good, and He called the sauce Blackjack. And God tasted the Blackjack Sauce upon his Fresh Sirloin Burger with Cajun Spices, and upon his Onion Rings, and saw that it was good. And there was soup, and salad, and starch, and dessert, a third meal.
