Broken refers to something that is either no where as good as it should be, or way better than it should be. In other words, something is wrong and it is not in what we shall refer to as the "Goldilocks zone." Just because something is broken does not always mean that it can or should be fixed. Broken refers to something that is either no where as good as it should be, or way better than it should be.
