Selection
Szechuan Chinese, ~$10 for a reasonably sized entree. Rice is extra.
They like to pour on the hot sauce (Culture points for you if you realized this sentence is redundant with describing the restaurant as Szechuan Chinese). If you say something is too spicy, they will take it as a compliment and use more hot sauce the next time.
Dun Dun Noodles
These noodles are very, very spicy. The spiciest food many have ever tasted. Caution should be taken when eating leftover Dun Dun Noodles (conversationally referred to as DDN), as the oils from the spice will sink into your bowls and silverware.
