Open Mic is an annual hall event that happens on Spring Reg Day, organized by MusicComm. Hall members gather in the Kitchen Lounge with the piano and anyone interested performs for everyone else. Acts may or may not involve music. Performers are encouraged to let MusicComm know in advance what they'd like to do, but in the spirit of an Open Mic, acts may be announced and planned spontaneously as well.

Traditionally, the Floorpi A cappella groups perform first, and MusicComm performs last.

The first annual Open Mic was in 2013, in part to celebrate Floorpi's newly acquired piano.
