Remote
To navigate the menu you must use a web-enabled device and go to pimedia.mit.edu. The remote is accessed by clicking the square (probably some cover art) in the bottom left.
Finding Movies and Shows
1Channel and Phoenix offer a plethora of TV shows and movies. They can be accessed from Videos->Video Add-ons. Phoenix has a number of sources to stream from. Rockcrusher is a good place to start looking. If you're looking for TV Shows 1Channel tends to have a better selection.
