Shuffle all the Bananagrams tiles facedown. At any time someone can flip a tile up. If someone can form a word out of the face-up tiles, they can take those tiles, and form the word in front of them.
You can also “snatch” someone’s word by adding letters to it, but you must use all the letters of the original word.
Example: If I had GAIT in front of me, and two of the face up tiles are X and N, anyone can take the GAIT, X, and N, and form the word TAXING.
You can’t just take the AIT and X to form TAXI, though; you must take all the GAIT letters.
Exception: You can’t add S to the end of someone’s word.
