Someone finish the ghosts list for me.

Also, I might rearrange the big table by year, and then also do some faint color-coding based on which segment they live in (right now, it's in order proceeding down the hall from Josh.).

Why is a "ghosts" list needed? It's creepy that you are trying to organize people this way, especially since you are defining them through whether or not they want to hang out with you. Also, a lot of these people aren't even ghosts, I talk to some of them on a semi-regular basis.
