Is this actually a "hall meme"? I'm pretty sure I've heard at most two or three hall residents say this.

Well the people listed under Retards do, as well as Lauren and Abby I think.

I'd be willing to bet that at least half of that list (which doesn't exist anymore) has never said it, but I suppose some of the people on it say it over and over...

How many people need to say something to make it a hall meme? >5?

I don't think this *actually* counts as a meme, I think it's something we just say. I don't think it needs a wiki page. ~Lauren
