Every semester the EC RAC sends us a list of potential transfers interested in moving onto hall. Chairs need to send back a ranking of these transfers to the RAC. Chairs should forward this email to third-west-confidential, to emphasize the confidentiality of the discussion, and then summarize to make rankings to send back to the RAC.
