You are Dr. Derek Stiles. You start out n00b but you eventually become the best doctor around by curing Gangliated Utrophin Immuno Latency Toxin, abbreviated GUILT. You have a blonde nurse who says useless comments on screen and stuff like "Good work Dr. Stiles" out loud. Sometimes you play as some Japanese female surgeon as well. What's important is that this game is very much like an anime.

Trauma Center is a game for the Wii that roughly approximates surgery. Very roughly.

Controls

The nunchuck is used for selecting tools, while the wiimote moves and uses the tool. Available tools are (starting on the positive y-axis and going clockwise):

-Antibiotic Gel

-Syringe

-Stitches

-Drain

-Laser

-Ultrasound/Magnification

-Scalpel

-Forceps
