Interests
- Math.
- Music (see below). I play piano in the Emerson program and MIT Chamber Music Society, co-organized the Floorpi a cappella groups over IAP 2013, and pick up a violin every now and then. Apart from that and pretending to be a music major, I go to a lot of concerts, including BSO college card concerts and Boston Chamber Music Society concerts, so definitely let me know if you want to go sometime.
- HMMT. I was a problem czar for November 2011 and February 2013, and currently remain an officer, my primary role being to think of new titles for my position (among others, "Senior Advisor to the Tournament Directors," "Affiliated Bro," "You-Should-Probably-Email-Someone-Else"). Let me know if you want to get involved.
- Sports. I'm always down for a game of badminton or basketball. I'm a Celtics and Patriots fan, nominally a Red Sox fan but have recently discovered the sad fact that baseball is incredibly boring. I am always up for going to a sports game.
- Working Out/Running. Both of which are much less boring with other people. Green Building Challenge 2014 Goal: 40.
- Cooking. Time permitting, but ditto to the above.
- TV shows that don't suck. I've been looking for someone to marathon Friends episodes with for ages, but the West Wing will do too.
- Lexington, MA and how it's way better than wherever you grew up.
