h'LO!

My name is Lauren. Some people like to call me Lar Lar. When on hall, I'm normally in the lounge. Or if I'm tooling I'm probably in my room, but my door is usually open. The lounge is not a scary place, I promise. Abby and I love to do silly things there. If you are a frosh, or a ghost on floorpi, you should come hang out in the lounge. When there are more people in the lounge, more fun things tend to happen  :D

• Watching movies I've never seen before in the lounge
• Listening to a cappella (specifically The Chorallaries of MIT)

• NUCLEAR SCIENCE :D (I will try to convince you to declare course 22 because it is the best major)

More Random Facts About Me

• I like to listen to and tell stories
• I like to play Mafia, Psychiatrist, Pandemic, Bridge, and D&D
• I enjoy logic puzzles, although I'm not very fast when it comes to solving them
• I've worked at both of MIT's reactors (fission AND fusion, hooray!)
• I spent my summer in Italy. I don't know that much Italian, but I can get by
• I've worked as an MIT tour guide
• I was the most excited person on hall to get my brass rat
• I have not actually done any of the things written in "Lauren's Confession of the Day". Hell, I don't even write them
• Somehow I once made too big a deal out of liking dragons, and hall subverted it  :(
