Hi, I'm Nathan. I'm part of Derptrio with Brandon Tran and Amol Aggarwal.

About me

I like computers and the programming thereof! Come talk to me about algorithms, theoretical CS, or machine learning / AI related stuff any time.

I also like both playing and creating video games. As a result, I love to talk for long periods of time about game design, and what games do it well.

My favorite game ever is Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, but I also like Final Fantasy X and Tales of Symphonia a lot. I used to play StarCraft II a lot, but recently came to the conclusion that it has poor game design that makes for boring games. Now I play the much-more-enjoyable League of Legends instead.

Bowser

Bowser is amazing. First of all, he has awesome music. He is a ninja, immune to black holes (and can create entire galaxies), literally invincible, builds awesome giant robots, is awesome, and is awesome. He has even more stages in Mario Kart than Mario does!

Here is a game about Bowser I made in high school. You've just learned that Bowser is invincible, so you'd best just run away from him.

If you get all the achievements, I'll buy you an ice cream or something. I have bought two people ice cream so far.

More things for you to do

ElectroSwing is similar to BowserRun, but with upbeat music and more nifty stuff in it. It is here.

Here is a quiz game I made in high school where you have to identify the Avatar: the Last Airbender episode from an image.
