Requests for the addition of major wiki features, like the reorganization of some categories or the creation of template, should go on the Main Page's Talk: Page. Once we've confirmed that the proposed additions are Nice Things, we'll code them and let you know. For your convenience, a link to the Talk: Page has been put onto the sidebar as "Metarequests."
There are new Infoboxes for your use on people and courses. See How To Template. An example of the new Course Infobox is on 8.01t.
